Have you ever wondered, as you drove through the front gates of River Ridge: “I love the garden and those regal gates at the front of my community….who keeps it so nice?” Honestly; I hadn’t either! Then a member of the River Ridge Homeowners Association asked if I was participating as a member. Here are some of the benefits of the only volunteer homeowners association in Edmonton.

Every other gated community in Edmonton requires that your membership be paid or there will be measures taken to recover them by their association. Through a modest membership fee our homeowners provides funds to put up lights at the front gates, pay for the electricity, provide a great flower garden at the front gates, maintain and fund outer fence repairs, etc. And let’s not forget that we provide activities in our own very special park. In addition we lobby governments for required changes to our community. More can be done, without question, but we need the support of our community…. That may be you!

Your support and your membership fee helps to keep our association strong so that we can provide the components that we all love in our neighborhood. Please consider participating; after all, the homeowners association is there for the families and friends who live here so we can all enjoy a great place to live; not just another place to live.
